*Note: Possible additional charges. The electric power is metered in order to discourage waste and usage of AC with doors and windows open. You will be allotted $1200 per week in usage, above which you would be charged at the current rate. There is a separate, easy to read, digital AC meter located on the premises where you may monitor your power usage if you wish. We want you to be comfortable; not wasteful, and at the same time not require you to pay a higher rental rate to compensate for wasteful usage. There are 4 separate air conditioning systems in this villa, so you only need to cool certain parts as needed
