Coriander Cottage Guest Book

Read what our guests had to say about their vacation at Coriander Cottage!

November 24 (Thanksgiving) - December 2, 2005

What a pleasure to be the very first guests at this lovely Coriander Cottage! Walked just down the path to the beach at least once a day for some of the best snorkeling around Provo. Enjoyed some beautiful sunsets from the gazebo. Relaxed by the pool. Ahhh ... Hard to imagine life gets much better than this!

Thanks for a wonderful stay at Coriander Cottage. The house is very private and charming, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect -- right on beautiful Grace Bay Beach, where you literally can walk for miles and miles; directly in front of Smith's reef, the best snorkeling spot on the island; and walking distance to the marina and several great restaurants. (We enjoyed Aqua and Baci.) The views from the gazebo were spectacular (especially at sunset) and the private pool is a nice touch. This was our second time renting a villa from Ocean Point/North Shore Villas and we are very, very satisfied customers! We can't wait to return.

Such a joy to bring in 2006 under a sky filled with so many stars, the sound of waves on the shore, and the perfect off-shore breeze. The snorkeling off Smith's reef and coral gardens was spectacular!

We enjoyed our stay at the Coriander Cottage. It was relaxing, and the accommodations were so comfortable we hated to leave! Each night discuss, "Let's go out for dinner tonight" and the majority of the time we opted to grill under the stars. I'm so glad we were referred to your group. The villa was clean, staff friendly, and very private. We found our way to your other locations and we look forward to visiting with a larger group on the Ocean Point side of the island.

Coriander cottage is a microcosm of Providenciales, tranquility, harmony, an escape from hum-drum everyday life. Look for the subtlety here, a smile, a rainbow, children going to church in Sunday best. The best of the Caribbean, the natural state of uninterrupted goodness, without a McDonald's on any corner. Find the love, share it with your partner.

A lovely place to celebrate our 40th anniversary. We enjoyed the privacy of our surroundings. The snorkeling was good - especially liked watching the reef squid. The beach made for excellent walking, and when it was stormy, we were the only ones out. The crashing waves provided a contrast to the peaceful days.

Coriander Cottage was a welcome haven from the pace we left just a week ago. No cell phones or demanding children, just the sounds of the breezes, the waves ... We explored the island, found deserted beaches, and returned each afternoon to our "home". Our host has thought of everything here. It has been by far the most relaxing vacation I've taken. We enjoyed perfect weather, and we take home with us suntans, a few beautiful Provo shells and wonderful memories of how we together celebrated our 50th birthdays.

What a beautiful island with beautiful people. We loved watching families walk to church yesterday. The house is so warm and friendly - a perfect place for two who have been married for 40 years. We relaxed, read, played games, did puzzles, swam, snorkeled, and a new thing - kayaking (see, I can't even spell it). The sand and the water are so beautiful, but the people are the best gift. We will be back to one of your houses.

Grace Bay lives up to its reputation as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. We did not find anything on the Caribbean side that came close. Parrot Cay is worth the trip. Food is great on the island - we saved Coyaba for the last night which was excellent. Breeze always blew - best sleep we've had in a long time. A very relaxing place.

The villa was perfect, we couldn't have asked for more. We loved the peace and quiet.

Wow, that was just a great vacation spot. Coriander was an excellent recommendation thank you for suggesting it. We loved the place and it was very well appointed and quiet. So good, that we would like to plan a return trip to a larger place with some friends. I would like to inquire about the Beach Villa Sandstone which of course was right next to us. Is it available the week of March 11th to 18th, 2007? I think that is March break. And what would the cost be and is the deposit the same arrangement as before? Thanks for a wonderful place everything was perfect.

After a wonderful week in Coriander Cottage we must say goodbye tomorrow. We had a most enjoyable honeymoon and will continue to return to Provo over and over again. Smith's Reef was great for snorkeling as was our wonderful trip with Reef Peepers. I will not easily get the blue-greens of the ocean out of my mind when I go home. Thanks again for a wonderful and most memorable honeymoon vacation. This was a great way to start our new lives together.

What an amazing experience! We were on our honeymoon and had looked for quite a while for the perfect place. We found it at Coriander! Everything from the dry hot weather, fabulous places to eat, and the beach, ooh my God!

......and of course Coriander being very secluded, very private, with all its amenities -- what more could we ask for! It was truly a perfect vacation for us both. We needed to relax, unwind, and make our plans for our return.

We loved this little piece of heaven by the ocean. We snorkeled every day - Smith's reef was all we had heard it would be - saw giant lobsters, flounder, eel, and just about everything. We went bonefishing with Silver Deep and that was a blast. But more than anything we enjoyed the gazebo at Coriander at sunset and for hours afterwards. We can't wait to come back!

Just a note to let you know we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Coriander Cottage a couple of weeks ago. The hurricane made it a little gray the first couple of days, but otherwise the weather was fine. I'm glad we didn't let it scare us away.

I especially liked the fact that the house was so nicely furnished and the finishes were so well chosen. We have stayed in several Caribbean villas that were the standard nondescript motel quality beach decor, which were fine and serviceable, but for our honeymoon I was hoping for something a little more luxurious. Coriander Cottage delivered. We loved the raised gazebo, and ate breakfast and watched the sun go down from there every day. We also loved the privacy of the cottage.

We loved the cottage, the island, the beach, the fact that really good restaurants were nearby... it was all great and we hated to leave. Your people down there were wonderful and took good care of us.

Thanks again -- we hope we can return someday.

Sincerely,

B C and W F — Memphis, TN
